All products can be returned whithin the first 30 days after you recive the product. Please take photos of the game or deck to show the condition and to prove that all the parts there and email them to us at email@example.com. We will send you shipping instructions after that.
If your pet does not love the Indi Bed as much as you hoped, we cannot except a return. A returned bed cannot be resold as a new Indi Bed. It's impossible for us to know of any diseases that may be passed along from one home to another.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then we will send your money back to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. (Water damge, holes, slices, missing parts, dented corners.
