About Conflicted

If the apocalypse happened today, what would it be like? What decisions would you have to make? What would really change for you?

With our card games, we tackled the psychological, philosophical and technical aspect of surviving the end of modern society. With our board game, we wanted to focus on strategy and tactics in a fun and entertaining way, which could appeal not only to those with a survival mindset, but also to everyday gamers just looking to have a good time and a few laughs.

Our company started in 2013. JD Dutra wrote the 1st deck of Conflicted: The Survival Card Game on the Evernote app on his phone, while eating at a Panda Express. With a total investment of $100 (including the cost of his lunch), a prototype was made and tested, and approved by dozens of play testers. Three friends came and went as partners, each adding their own special touch to the game and to the company, refining the concept and bringing the first product to market, selling over $45,000.00 worth of games within the first 3 months after launch.

About a year or so later, at a time where the future of the company was uncertain, Joshua Wiscombe came on board with the vision to spread the game all over the world, and with the business skills and experience to get it done. With the unrelenting support and business acumen of his wife Shanna, Joshua was able to guide Survivalogics into the worldwide business it is today - an organization with happy customers, strategic partners and team members all over the world.

Today we've gone from 1 to 10 different survival card decks, tackling every aspect of survival imaginable, and we've shipped tens of thousands of these decks to over 50 different countries around the world. We've also got 2 successful Kickstarter projects under our belts.

We're excited to share our board game with you, which has taken 3 years to develop and test. We believe we have come up with a game that is a breath of fresh air in the board gaming world. There isnt any concept out there that even comes close to the mechanics and scope of our board game.

Conflicted: Survive the Apocalypse will challenge your survival instincts, thrill your friends and family, and make you look forward to enjoying offline entertainment once again.
